I used "photo stitch" to make these panorama photos. I wanted to get a sense of what the backyard would look like with the privacy fence I've been thinking about.
I think the fence will make a huge difference. I wonder, though, if it should be painted white? or maybe some other color? THere is so much to be done.
I was thinking of edging the big cement slab with timbers or bricks or something and then filling it with gravel to make a sort of patio. Also considered building a deck--just 8 inches or so off the ground. BCS would be to pave the courtyard in big squares of slate with fragrant plantings in between ala Hotel Europa in Rapallo.
